I own a private property which I rent out. What are the various Singapore laws and regulations that says who I can or can't rent my property out to ? Am I in breach of any local regulation if I rent my property out to a Singaporean or a Singapore PR, who in turn have people of social passes staying in my rented property ? Can I rent my property on a short term (~3mths) to social pass holders ?
