I own a condo in Singapore and use my cpf for the repayments. The condo is in my name only. I wish to also use my wifes cpf. How can I do this. Do I need to put her name on the property by transferring part of the ownership. For example can I give her 10% of the property and will that then allow her to use her cpf. I would assume I would have to pay stamp duty on the 10% transferred plus legal cost. Am I correct, or is there an easier way?
