I own a 5-rm HDB unit and intends to sell it to purchase two units of 3-Rm HDB flat. e.g: a.for family/wife no.1 and b. for family/wife no.2. Please advice if it is possible.

There is no way you can own 2 HDB flats at any one time.
Maybe you would like to reconsider your strategy to solve the domestic issue?
