Hi,

We should be glad that our Market is always reactive to news, which is a good thing. It shows that our Market is liquid, where investors are willing to put money down for properties.

Or would you prefer a market that is non-reactive to news instead? Because in my opinion, that would be a very bad market to invest in.

May I ask if you're looking to buy for your own occupation or for investment purpose? I can share with you what are the "low-risk" investments in today's market.

Should you need any further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305. I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you and your partner in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Robbie Chen

I'm all for a liquid market. The point is, if sellers are asking at historical high prices at this moment (there are so many listing I can quote), it is as if the market has not corrected at all since the peak. No property markets have bull run forever and without any correction, it's just unhealthy, don't you think?
