i need to remove my name from co owner of hdb flat that i share with my mum. currently am not on talking terms with her and also she seldom come back to sg as she is staying in malaysia with my sister.do i need approval from her to remove my name? i am getting another flat with my husband. can hdb help me to deal with the deletion of my name as co owner? i have been using my cpf to pay for the housing loan. my mum is not working and she does not have enough cpf to pay the remaining housing loan. please help to advise urgently.
