I`m new to rental market and wanna know if i rent out whole unit (HDB) thru an agent,what is their commission for 1 year and 2 years contract. Thanks!

Dear Jacky,

Don't look at the commission for rental as agents are unlikely to overcharge you with the Council of Estates Agents regulating this industry. Instead, focus on which agent is likely to secure you the best rental deal.

As mentioned by Ken, in order to rent out your HDB, approval has to be given by HDB.
