Hi Teo,

En bloc potential for Sherwood Tower remains high but it's only a matter of time. Sherwood Tower is probably 30 plus years old, normally en bloc will occurs when the lease left about 40 to 50 good years unless MCST is pushing really hard for it.

Like Ken mentioned, most probably it will return to the govt/ developer but it rarely happens.

Hope I manage to clear some of your doubts.
