I'm a working mother with 2 primary schooling kids. After work and during weekend, I have to coach them on their homework. Is it possible to become "passive" part-time property agent for extra income? Is there any target to hit for part-timers?

I am encouraged. You should attend RES and passed the exam and register with CEA. It will give you better control of your work and income. www.catherinepang.com Read More

Hi rina,

Yes. It is possible...
U might like to compare agencies and their incentives, their it, group and company commission structure and support. Branding
Etc...

You need to clear res courses and exam also.
