I'm a 36yr old single female. I'm a full time private tutor. My monthly income's about $3k and I've about $45k in my CPF account. Would I be eligible to get a studio apartment at Parc Rosewood? Thank you!

Hi Karen,

Do you mind to link up with a banker to assess your financial situation in order to determine if you are comfortable to take up the loan and finance your purchase?

As far as I understand, Parc Rosewood is selling pretty well and I have 2-3 friends already booked their unit.

If you do not mind, I can actually send you contacts of a banker I am working closely with to assist you for the financial assessment.

Let's take for example if a unit cost $400k.
5% cash = $20k
15% cpf = $60k
stamp duty = $6.6k

If you have this amount then you are more or less good to go.

Feel free to contact me if you need any other info.
