I'm a >35 years old single Singapore Citizen, planning to purchase a 3-rm flat at Toa payoh or Ang Mo Kio with budget of about $300k.,is it a good choice given the age of flats in these mature estate?
If I were to marry in the future and my fiancé also owns a hdb flat/private property, do either one of us have to surrender any properties purchased?
