I'm 33 married with a foreign spouse current holding a long term visiting pass. And I have one child holding a singapore citizenship. Can I know how much grant is given from HDB if I purchased a resale flat?

Hi,
Under Non-Citizen Spouse Scheme, you may eligible for:
(1) Singles Grant ($25k for 2~4-room) or ($20K for 5-room or bigger)
(2) Additional CPF Housing Grant (Singles) [$2.5k~$20k dependent on income]
Generally, you must be a SC, and average gross monthly household income must not exceed $12k and a 1st timer applicant.
