Hi,

1) You shall be eligible for the CPF Housing grants for 4-rm or smaller resale flat:
(a) SC/SC household = $50k.
(b) SC/SPR household = $40k.

2) You shall be eligible for the CPF Housing grants for 5-rm and bigger smaller resale flats:
(a) SC/SC household = $40k.
(b) SC/SPR household = $30k.

3) Proximity Housing Grant (PHG)
(a) SC families who buy a resale flat to live together with your parents = $30k
(b) SC families who buy a resale flat to live close to your parents = $20k.

4) Enhanced Housing Grant (EHG):
(a) Household income at $1,500 or lower = $80k
(b) Household income from $8,501 to $9k = $5k.
(c) In-between (a) & (b) shall varies accordingly.
