I have fully redeem my 4 RM HDB Flat (staying at 272X Sengkang Ctrl, high floor). Come next May 2013, MOP will be fufilled.
I am planning to buy my 2nd property (Private Condo - approx 1 mil) CPF OA 23K. 27K from OA is used for stock investment. SA 52k.

I understand 69.5k in CPF have to be set aside to form the Min Sum.

1) Can i pledge the 27k which i have used for stock investment as part of 69.5k?

2) Will it be a good idea to rent out my HDB to pay for my 2nd property Or Sell it for a profit - approx 400K next year? (Assuming my HDB is sold at 590K)
