I have been tracking the Transactions with Caveats Lodged in URA website for a particular apartment and realised that only half the units of the entire apartment were lodged. There has been no further updates for 2 weeks already. Was wondering what happened to the rest of units in the apartment where no caveats have been lodged?

Hi Serene,

It depends on the buyer whether he wants to lodge a caveat to protect his interest. He can buy the unit but feels there is not need to lodge a caveat as well.
