Asked by Mrs Tan
I have been told by 2 persons, one a friend and the other an agent that if the rental fee is $2500 onwards, the tenant does not need to pay agent fee; the agent will collect the fee full from the landlord.
Example - 1 year lease of $2500/mth, the agent take 1 month commission direct from the landlord; and the tenant only pays the standard 1+1 to the landlord.
Correct me if I am wrong, thank you for your advise.
