I have a rental income of 7500 every month and as a remisier my pay is on average 9k. I am currently eyeing on buying Whitley Residence. Is it possible with my total monthly gross income? I have about 150 k in savings too.

Hi Huang,

Please take into consideration of ABSD for your intended target purchase. In addition, your current rental would likely not contribute much to your loan profile as banks may deem this as a liability should there be a prolong vacancy unless the property is fully paid for. The safest bet would be talking to a qualified banker to do a loan assessment prior to putting in any efforts for house hunting.
