I have a loan free profile and I am looking for an investor to take care of the deposit and/or take up to 40% of TIC. I am looking at buying a condo and can get up to 600k from the bank. Is that possible? What sort of condition would we have to agree to? I will occupy the condo, will the investor request some fees?

If you have an investor that do not mind doing that.. I do not see a problem.

Just make both the owners of the condo
and make yourself the sole mortgagee of the unit.
Of course, you might want to discuss the percentage share of condo with your investor first. It has to be win win or why would the investor park 40% in someone else asset. Read More
