To be honest, this is toeing the red line.
Perhaps you are aware the following:
(1) The minimum rental period must be at least 3 months, meaning that it should be the same person throughout the 3 months.
(2) The person staying there must have valid residence status such as:
(a) Long Term Visit Pass
(b) Long Term Visit Pass Plus (max. 5 years)
(c) Dependant Pass
(d) Work Permit
(e) S Pass
(f) Employment Pass
(g) Student pass
Only those who has any of the above passes are allow to stay in normal residences. Without them, they are allow to stay in hotel and service apartment only.
As had mentioned by the employee of the company, it seems like these people properly only carries normal or social visit pass.
You will face monetary fine and/or jail term for allowing illegal personnel staying in your premise.
