I have a fully paid private property. How can I mortgage it to obtain funds for a second property. The valuation for the propert us 2.3mil.

You need to do a re-mortgage with any banks. I can introduce some bankers to you whom i closely work with.

Theres a product called LAP ( Loan Against Property. Am an Ex- SCB Banker hence am aware about this product. I can ask Bankers to call you up or write to you on this.
