I have a freehold ground floor retail outlet with full glass frontage facing the main Selegie Road rental at $7500 to an Indian Sari shop. The size is 797 sq ft. My immediate neignbour's unit with an area of 958 sq ft was sold for $3758 psf in 2013. The embloc that didn't go through offered 3.5 mil. I have financial needs now and would sell it for 2.6 mil. Anyone got buyers as this is a very good unit facing Selegie main road.
