I have a buyer from UK looking to buy landed property in Singapore.
Though foreigners are restricted in acquiring landed property in Singapore, they can still apply through LDU via SLA, subjected to approval.
But is there any specific area in District 10, for sure that foreigners cannot buy a landed property there?
Appreciate if any landed gurus can advise me on this.
