I have a 5rm flat in Sengkang with outstanding HDB loan of about 120k. Since the HDB prices are good now, I am planning to downgrade to a 3rm flat in AMK to take some profit. This is my 1st time buying/selling flat so will appreciate experts to advise me anything I need to take note of.
After staying in the 3rm for 5 years, I plan to rent it out. I should have enough savings then to purchase a private property w/o taking a loan.
