I had a flat which i bought directly from HDB 7yrs ago at around 150k( is a resale )now thinking of upgrading to a DBSS Or EC..dunno is ok or not??
my current flat is a 4rm 103sqm corner mid floor at Petir road dunno how much can it sell. Any advise??
