I filling for divorce, with a son under my care and control. In the midst of the case now.Our current flat my ex-spouse will take over and this coming aug will be 5 years. So my concern is, can I get a resale 3 room flat whereby I'm 33 yrs old with my son and how long does it take for me to get my own place?

Afternoon,

Under public scheme, if you are SC or PR, with the custody or care and control of your kid, you are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit. However, your child must Be SC or PR and be registered as one of the occupier.
