Hi,

Based on the limited info shared, I believe you have used up your 2 chances of subsidized housing, meaning you can't apply for BTO again. To be sure, it will be good to call up the hdb hotline. There is no resale levy for purchasing resale hdb without grant from the open market. It would be good if I can have more info to make better recommendations. Good morning,

Do take note that a household can purchase subsidised flat twice.

For your case,

1) BTO - 1st
2) resale HDB with housing grant - 2nd

This will mean that you will not be eligible to purchase BTO from HDB anymore. You will have to turn to the resale market instead (no resale levy applicable).

You might want to call in to HDB to clarify and verify on this as well.

Afternoon,

As your first HDB unit is BTO, direct from HDB and your second unit is an EC, again from HDB, you have utilized both chance of getting a subsidized unit.
After the sales of the current EC, you will be eligible for resale HDB unit with bank loan. Levy will not be payable for this case.

Based on the information given, you have enjoyed 2 times subsidized flats, the 5RM BTO and your current EA. Hence, you are not eligible to apply for another BTO flat.

Having said that, if you have good reasons, you might want to try your luck by appealing to HDB for your situation.

Also, take note that you need not pay resale levy.
