Hi,

1) SPR siblings scheme had already been scrapped more than 10 yrs now.
2) Single SPR is not allowed to own an HDB flat.
3) Your brother and sister-law only can buy over from you and your sister after they reached the requirement of 3 yrs as an SPR.
4) Since your sister only intends to buy with her spouse a few years later, all four of you can sit down and discuss how to work out a plan that benefits everyone.

Hi Goh,

Unfortunately you will not be allowed to own a HDB as single SPR. Once your brother and wife reaches the 3 years SPR mark, you will be able to sell the current unit to them.
