I currently own a private property, which I have an existing bank loan and am NOT using my CPF for the mortgage. Also, I had not used my CPF for the purchase of my pte pty. My pte pty is currently rented out.
As such, am I able to purchase a resale HDB? In particular, EAs/Maisonettes? I'm also not intending to apply for a HDB loan or grant (which I'm ineligible anyway).
