I and my wife are Singapore Citizens who have only purchased resale HDB Flats from the open market two times. We have never purchased any HDB Flats from HDB direct. Such being the case, are we eligible to apply for balance Flats from HDB direct.? If yes, what is the procedure?

Afternoon,

Did you use HDB grant for any of your purchases?
If not, you can apply for SBF. But if you have used the HDB grant, you can only apply as second timer.
