I am turning 40 next year earning around 1.8k and I have around $58k in my CPF OA. I am interested in buying a flat costing ard 230000 in woodlands. I will be bringing my parents along too. I will be applying HDB loan for this. So just asking on estimation how much do I have to pay for the balance after the grants and the hdb loan amt?
