Hi.

(1) According to MSR calculation, your max housing loan is around $250k.

(2) With CPF OA = $110k + $250k = $360k

(3) Grant available:
(a) proximity grant = $10~15K dependent whether your parent is/are staying with you.
(b) Additional CPF Housing grant = Not eligible
(c) Enhanced Housing Grant
=> 4-rm & below = $25K
=> 5-rm & above = $20k

(4)
(a) HDB loan = All can pay via CPF + Grant, current OA + grant => 10% of purchase price, 90% loan.
(b) 5% must be in cash, 20% cash +/or CPF OA, 75% loan.

(5) Do note that once you receive any grant now, it happen you apply for BTO/SBF in future, you are liable to resale levy.
