I am thinking to sell my HDB 4 room flat (Low floor, 101sqm) located in woodlands ring road area. Given the falling price trend, what will be estimated selling price? The flat lease commenced in 1998. I would like to have a closest figures. I referred HDB recent sale transactions but wondering if can get slightly higher price. How much would take to do valuation? Is COV is totally stopped?
