2)Close proximity to Changi Business Park => high rental potential and housing demand !!

3)Near reputable school ie Red Swastika Sch,Temasek Poly,United World College,4th University and many more

Buying or investing in a property is all about location and the appreciation value. Of course, other factors like affordability, price, rental yield are some important considerations.

The 1 bdrm unit @ Waterfront Gold has got some facing the reservoir. This is spectacularly different from other nearby Proj.

When the future Bedok Reservoir MRT station is ready and other amenities are building around it, properties in and near will benefit in terms of value appreciation. Recent report shows properties near MRT lines are generally cost a premium.
