I am struggling to get the security deposit back, so considering bringing it to a small Court. Is there any way I can get landlord’s address when in the TA contract with only NRIC number.

Hi,

You could just proceed to the small claim counter and file and the person in charge will assist to mail the letter to the landlord’s address as they are able to check in their system even though you may not have the landlord’s address of residence.
