Hi Mr Tan,

As long as you have an avenue to put your cash proceeds into after sale to roll back more income, I will suggest that you sell, however, if you have not got these planned worked out, I would advise you to rent provided you are a Singaporean.

Balcony extended ,roofed over,extra entrance space purchesed,HIP Done.Immediate occupancy.Do you interested to market it
