With your budget of $300k, you can look at 2 room flat. Budget of $350k, you can look at 3 room flat in certain estate. Assuming that you are purchasing a unit with valuation of $320k and COV of $30k and that you do not have any CPF in hand, the below attached computation is for your review, based on 80% loan:

1) 5% ABSD: $17.5k
2) 20% downpayment: $64k (If you have zero CPF)
3) Legal and Stamp Fee: $8k
4) COV: $30k
5) Misc Expense: $1k

Excluding salesperson commission, you will need an approximate of $121k. As to how much loan you can get, I can get my banker to work on your credit assessment. As for the interest, it will be dependent on the type of package which you take up.
