I am singapore PR and own an overseas property still under mortgage that hv beenoccupied by my parents. i want to buy a property in singapore for me to stay therefore i would like ask:
1. If i want to buy a resale HDB, is there any exemption since there's overseas property under my name ?
2. If i want to buy a condo, how much the downpayment required ? is it 20% or 30% ?
