I am planning to sublet 2 common rooms of my 4-room flat at Casa Clementi. The estate is newly constructed under the SERS scheme. The renovation will be completed in mid July 2012. Preferred tenants are tertiary students studying in nearby institutions such as NUS, SIM Uni, S'pore Poly or Ngee Ann Poly.
