I am planning to find a 2 bedrooms condominium for my son and I to live in.
I understand that an executive condominium is cheaper than a private condominium. From strings of condominiums featured and advertised in this website, how would I know which one of them is an executive condominium?
Is renting a condominium or purchase it more cheaper?

Most of the EC are mainly 2 and 4 bedrooms.Seldom hv 2bedrooms.Which location are u looking at?I'm quite specialise in EC.Buying is more worth it than renting due to current rent market.
