Or else, maybe start afresh with the HFE, and indicate your recent pay. If it is still rejected, at least now on file they would have you as having one job currently. Or else you can put in a request via their page.

Hi,

If you already have a HFE letter, you need to delete and resubmit the documents. This time round you can indicate you have quit this job and for latest month income it should reflect the right amount accordingly. They will still use latest 12 months income to assess though.
