I am planning to buy a 4-Room or 5-Room HDB flat not more than 10 years old around Bt. Merah area such as Kim Tian Place, Kim Tian Road, Queens Town or Telok Blangah areas. It must be 22 storey and above. I would like the multi-storey car park to be connected directly to the block of flat and the entrance to the car park must be linked to the block of flat which I am buying.

Hi Ms Vipas, I have a firesale unit at Queens Close for your immediate consideration. This unit is located at the 7th floor and viewing is available immediately. The owner is downgrading to a 3 room unit and want to sell out. The size is 89 sqm, comes with a utility room behind the kitchen. Any race is eligible to buy.
