I am looking for a new tenant to take over my light industrial unit.
Is this fair?
- The new tenant (avoids full fitting-out costs) pays $1500-2000, which is passed onto the agent.
- The agent also gets the standard commission from Mapletree (rent is ~$3k/mo so not sure what/if they offer)???
- Otherwise, I will just have to sell all my stuff to pay for the demolition cost.
