I am interested in landed property. Looking at budget of about 1m to 1.2mil, prefer east, or west not further than buona vista. Don't mind doing an overhaul if need be, but not A&A,of course, if it's move-in condition, it's better. At least 2 story with 3/4 rooms. Any one has any suitable unit for viewing?

If you can stretch your budget to 1.5M, look at Mimosa Drive. Freehold, just TOP end Dec. 2008. New premium unit, unblocked, facing park.
