I am currently under debt repayment with banks , it has been 3 years and 2 more years to go. Monthly payments was arrange via CCS to all the banks and it is all well arranged.
I was told that this will affect my registration of Sales person.
Does anyone know this?

Don't think so. Not unless you are a declared bankrupt. I presume you have yet to take your RES?

Hi Brood,

Currently, CEA will not check your credit assessment for the registration of a Real Estate Salesperson but they do not accept declared bankcrupt. If you are not then it you should be good to go. Of oourse you will need to fulfill the other criteria such as you need to be at least 21 years of age, holding a minimum education of 4 'O' levels, Singaporean or PR.

Feel free to drop me a call if you wanna meet up for coffee and discuss more about this.

Looking forward to hear from you soon. Thanks.
