I am currently living in hdb flat. Intend to sell current flat to upgrade to a condo. Sales of flat proceeds would subside financing of the condo so that I only need 50% of the bank loan. Can you advise me the timing of the sale of my current flat and sale of the condo in term of financing ?

Hi Particia,

Regards to timing of the sale, its depend whether you have sufficient cash for the 5% deposit and stamp duty or not before you get the sale proceed from your sale of HDB.
