Very encouraging. Your priority is to pass RES examination.
More than six of our new associates passed at their first attempt.
They have sales transaction within weeks.
They do not own a vehicle.
You should meet and hear their amazing strategies. They are in our team. www.catherinepang.com

Based on my experience and started off as a part time agent last year. I am now consecutively TOP 20 for the month of Jul & Aug'11.
You need to pass RES exam and meet min educational requirement. Email greeniechoo@yahoo.com.sg with your contact and we could discuss further. Willing to share my experience and we could work as a team as your own pace.

Hi HL,

I assume most of us here started off on a part time basis and slowly moved towards to a full time realtor.

My suggestion is to put in minimum investment like car, which is not a must and learn the ropes. You can either work as a ranger or leverage on a team to learn better. My advise is to tag along a team as there will always be a mentor to guide you along instead of leaving you alone to fend for yourself.

The most important thing in this industry is to build your business instead of working your socks off to earn the money, which is leveraging on the team effort to assist you earn your moolah.

I usually like to give specific reply to questions, but there are many factors to consider if a person wants to do it part-time. The market segment you plan to target is important, the nature of your job will also affect the recommendation given.

If you are keen to explore the real estate industry and prefers a global branding, I can share with you how I started part-time while managing a business and some of the decision making along the way before I turned fulltime into real estates and now leading a growing team.
