I am currently a private property owner and plan to sell it very soon. I viewed a very high floor HDB unit which I liked very much and wish to confirm while it is still available. Question is, do I need to pay the 7% ADSB upfront since this will be by 2nd property as a SC? Or, will I automatically get exempted from ABSD since I will be compelled to sell my private within 6 months from sale completion based on HDB’s regulations. I am single and loan is not an issue. Thanks.
