I am considering to rent a condo while waiting for my new property to TOP.

Since there are young kids in my family, I am concerned abt their safety as I realised most of the condos for rental have no grilles.

Any advice on this?

Thank you

Hi, you could either pay a higher rental in order for the landlord to install it, or simply pay from your own pocket to do so. Most landlord would have no issue about the balcony grille but rather the question will be who is paying for it.
