It is a deal or no deal situation, where if you do not have the intention to pay commission for the transaction, it is better to be upfront to the agents prior any viewing arrangements to done. I can fully understand that it is frustrating to go through this repeatedly and yet a matching tenant is still not found.
This also shows that your advertisements put up for rent are reaching out to the wrong network and attracting the wrong attention. In a nutshell, your marketing campaign is not achieving its intended objective and perhaps you may wish to look into other avenues to reach out and find a matching tenant.
