i am a tenant looking for a Condo, can i ask is it compulsory to pay the agent who is showing the property. He is the one advertising for the property and I am just the one calling and want to view? Please advise.

Hi Pamela,

That aside, which area are you looking at and how many bedrooms do you need? It'll be good to clarify upfront with the agent you have contacted if any agent fees is applicable prior to any arrangements made.
