I am a singapore PR. If I want to buy a condo as an investment property (i.e. rent it out and earn a profit on top of the monthly amortization) how much do I need to shell out in cash if the condo is about SGD 800,000? Please provide a sample computation.
1) Also for that amount of loan, how much will be my monthly amortization?
2) For the SGD 800,000 condo, how many rooms can I expect and at which location can I get a unit for that amount?
